I want people to witness their own abilities through the medicine of art moving. Dancing, workout, meditation, expanding the awareness of the body, the mental and the 5 senses of self. The body is a sophisticated technology, discovering the assets that can make your way of living in better condition. SELF AWARENESS has been designed to train dancers in improving and mastering the fundamental techniques of popping, being aware of their bodies and how to unblock/unlock the true potential of their essence of life. THE GOALS

Improving one’s overall form and basic/fundamental techniques of the body.

Exercises focusing on innerstanding the breath, heartbeat & the body weight we carry into space & time.

Helping one innerstanding how to properly apply various techniques to different styles of music.

Further innerstanding the mentality and mathematics behind the movements.

How to see and feel the universal grid within/without the body.

Developing your sense of animism.

Meditation, Grounding, Breathing , Emulation.
